Mr. Bhanshali is a leading investment banker, investor, venture capitalist and capital markets expert of the country. Mr. Bhanshali has a deep interest in many fields, such as religion, behavioural sciences and economic development.
Mr. Bhanshali has a degree in law and is also a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Shah is a pioneer and leader in various industry initiatives. He is also a devoted philanthropist. He started Foundation for Liberal and Management Education (FLAME), a non-profit organization established in 2004 with an objective to create and build an excellent institution of higher learning that is grounded in Indian values.
Mr. Shah is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University.
Mr. Bhanshali leads the principal investments unit. He is recognized for identifying the potential of mid-size businesses and providing them capital and expertise to scale. Mr. Bhanshali has identified and invested in business leaders across numerous industries who have turned their companies into sector icons.
Mr. Bhanshali has a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Chokhani is one of India’s most respected financial advisors. He was the CEO of Enam Securities, India’s leading investment bank that was the trusted “house banker” to several leading corporates. In 2011 he led the merger of Enam Securities with Axis Bank to create Axis Capital, that continues to lead the league tables in India. Mr.Chokhani has also helped devise and implement the India investment strategies of several funds including the India Capital Fund, ZA Capital Fund and TPG Growth India (as Chairman).
Mr. Chokhani is currently a Senior Advisor to TPG Capital. He also serves on the boards of the publicly listed Zee Entertainment, Westlife Developers (McDonalds) and Shoppers Stop as well as on the Governing body of Flame University.
Mr. Chokhani is one of the youngest MBAs to have graduated from the London Business School and a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Jain has been part of the Enam team for over 25 years. Having served as Managing Director – Investment Banking for Axis Capital till November 2014, he has been part of the Enam erstwhile Investment Banking/ Advisory services and equities business for the last 25 years in diverse roles across the firms. He continued with the business, after the merger to Axis Capital, as MD of Investment Banking till end 2014, post which he has moved back to the Enam Group.
Mr. Jain has a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani.
Mr. Sivaram is an investment management veteran with over 20 years of experience, including as the lead fund manager for Morgan Stanley’s flagship India investment fund. Having been promoted to Managing Director in 2011 for his consistent track record for Morgan Stanley, Mr. Sivaram now serves as an important member of the Enam team.
Mr. Sivaram is a Graduate of Commerce from the Calcutta University, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant.
Mr. Bhatia started his career at Enam as an Analyst in 1992. Over the years, he graduated to become a Strategist, heading research and business development at Enam Securities, the institutional broking arm of the Enam group. Pursuing his entrepreneurial instincts in 2006, he helped set up Macquarie’s cash equities business in India until 2010. Returning to Enam in 2012 as an investor, he currently looks after the research functions and broker relationships of the group.
Mr. Bhatia has a Master’s in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Jai Hind College.
